When will my item(s) ship?
All of our products ship in 1 to 7 business days via USPS first class mail or UPS. If for any reason your item is not ready to ship within this window, you will be notified at once. All orders over $15 (before tax) ship FREE within the continental U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! For international orders, your shipping cost will be calculated for you at checkout.
Do you ever offer sales or discounts?
We do host a handful of sales throughout the year. The best way to be kept up to date is by agreeing to get our emails when you check out, by becoming a newsletter VIP, or by following us on Instagram @hautejsdesign.
What is the best way to care for my handbag?
Each of our waxed canvas, waxed linen, and leather handbags ships with a Haute Care Card with instructions on the best way to care for your item. All of our large leather handbags ship with our awesome, made-in-house leather balm.
Where are you products made?
Our bags and accessories are handcrafted in our mid-Missouri studio. This allows us to have complete control over the quality of materials and construction. Our t-shirts are designed in our studio and then printed right here in Columbia, MO. We love supporting local businesses, too!
